About Kevin

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy from the University of Kingston London, graduating with first-class honors. Since 2013, he’s been making waves in the Health and Fitness industry, starting as a personal trainer certified by the Poliquin Group.

With a true passion for health and fitness, Kevin took his expertise to the next level during an internship at the renowned ATH performance facility in Dallas, Texas. There, he completed an intensive 4-month Physical Therapy/Strength & Conditioning program, working with a diverse range of athletes. His standout experience? Training five college football stars for the 2018 NFL Combine in Indianapolis.

Designed to improve blood circulation to the muscles in your legs to help remove lactic acid and waste products. When you reduce lactic acid build-up and boost oxygen distribution. These boots use dynamic air compression to target legs and feet.

Ice Bath

The Ice Bath or Cold Water Immersion is a great added benefit for athletes or people partaking in strenuous physical activities. Cold therapy can help decrease the pain that can occur in muscles when they become inflamed. This also helps reduce swelling and post-exercise soreness.

Jaccuzzi
